Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Communication:
• Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Achievable Targets:

Work towards defined monthly and quarterly targets related to new client acquisition, revenue growth, and lead conversion rates.

• Client Dealing & Relationship Management:

Serve as the point of contact for key accounts; understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements, manage timelines, and oversee project progress. Collaborate with and support junior team members, delegate tasks, and help drive team performance and morale. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
