A2P SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, and Omnichannel Messaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Pitch A2P SMS & WhatsApp Business API solutions to potential clients (banks, fintech, iGaming, OTT, e-commerce, logistics, etc.)
• Set up meetings and follow-ups with prospects
• Maintain strong client relationships and upsell additional messaging services
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/operations team
• Maintain CRM for tracking pipeline and reporting
• Stay updated with trends in A2P Messaging & CPaaS market

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English is a must; regional language is a plus)
• Ability to present technical solutions in a simplified way
• Passion for sales, business communication, and client handling
• For experienced: 1+ year in SMS/telecom/CPaaS domain preferred
• For freshers: Eagerness to learn + basic understanding of B2B communication tools
