Role Overview:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
• Present and demonstrate STEMbotix solutions to potential clients, explaining how our offerings align with NEP 2020 and future tech trends.
• Create proposals, conduct product demos, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to tailor solutions and ensure smooth implementation.
• Participate in educational expos, seminars, and workshops to promote the brand and expand outreach.
• Maintain CRM systems and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in EdTech, education, or technology-based sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for education, technology, and innovation.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients in-person when required.
• Familiarity with NEP 2020 and K–12 education systems is a plus.
