Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Client Acquisition : Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling. Schedule meetings with HR managers, compliance officers, and decision-makers. Sales Execution : Present and promote our labour law consultancy services to prospective clients. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns. Market Research : Stay updated on labour law trends and competitors' offerings. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance services. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Business Development Head. Key Skills and Competencies : Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and explain labour law consultancy services effectively. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
