Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and driven B2B Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools across Delhi NCR. Your goal will be to drive program adoption and close strategic partnerships with school management and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities * Identify and connect with schools across Delhi NCR to pitch our programs * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through calls, emails, visits, and demos * Develop and maintain relationships with school principals, coordinators, and trustees * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Represent the company at education fairs, events, and meetings Requirements * Bachelors degree in any discipline * 13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector * Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) * Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with school authorities * Familiarity with Delhi NCR schools or existing network in the education space is a big plus What We Offer * Competitive salary + performance-linked incentives + ESOPs * Opportunity to grow in a mission-driven organization * Exposure to leading schools and decision-makers in the education space * Dynamic and supportive work culture Salary: 3 LPA – 4.8 LPA (CTC) + Incentives Job Location: On-field role across Delhi NCR (office reporting as required) Joining: Immediate to within 30 days preferred Interested candidates can email their resume to humanresources@lyfshilpacademy.com
