We are hiring a Business Development Executive who can manage presales, customer interactions, order coordination, and backend operations—all while ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service 🤝. ✨ Key Responsibilities: 📞 Presales Activities🔹 Handle incoming leads from sales/digital marketing 🔹 Call potential customers & understand their flooring requirements 🔹 Explain SPC flooring features, USPs & applications 🔹 Share quotations, brochures & coordinate sample requirements 🔹 Coordinate with technical/sales teams for site queries 🔹 Follow up and convert leads into confirmed orders 📦 Operations Support:🚚 Coordinate with production/warehouse for material availability 📅 Plan dispatch schedules & arrange transportation 📄 Share invoices, dispatch details & logistics updates with customers 📊 Track order fulfillment & resolve product/delivery issues 🗂 Maintain proper records of leads, orders & communications 🤝 Customer Support:📞 Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers 👍 Ensure smooth execution & excellent after-sales support 📝 Collect customer feedback & escalate issues if required 🛠 Qualifications & Skills: 🎓 Graduate in BBA / BCom / Engineering or related field 💼 1–3 years experience in presales, coordination, or operations 🏗️ Experience in construction / building materials / FMCG / logistics (added advantage) 💬 Strong communication & interpersonal skills 🖥️ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & CRM tools ⚡ Good follow-up, coordination & multitasking abilities 🌟 Key Attributes: 🤝 Customer-oriented approach 📌 Excellent coordination 💡 Problem-solving mindset ⚙️ Ability to handle pressure & deadlines 👥 Team player with proactive attitude 📞 Interested Candidates ContactS R (Employer) 📱 8712638388
