Job Title: Business Development Executive – Software Services Company: CyberClipper Solutions LLP Job Type: FullTime (Onsite) Location: Dehradun Joining: Immediate Joiner Required Experience: 2–3 Years in IT/Software Sales or Business Development Job Description: CyberClipper Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring software development projects from domestic and international markets. This is an onsite, fulltime role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the software development domain Generate highquality leads through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and emails Conduct client meetings, give presentations, and pitch custom software solutions Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in target companies Collaborate with the technical team to create proposals, quotations, and scope documents Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contractual terms with clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales pipeline and conversions Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field Proven 2–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Software Project Acquisition Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and technology stacks (Web, Mobile, Cloud) Experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with a resultdriven mindset Knowledge of proposal writing, RFPs, and client onboarding processes Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards Contact: Email: sharmapraduman6@gmail.com Phone: +919520949165 Show more Show less
