Business Development Executive

You will be joining Social Spartan, a digital marketing agency under the M.S. Services umbrella, where the focus is on assisting businesses in enhancing their online presence. Your role as a Business Development Executive will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue potential business opportunities and partnerships. - Generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing efforts. - Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns on social media and advertising platforms. - Create marketing creatives using tools like Canva. - Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and provide insights to management. - Maintain CRM records, follow up on proposals, and ensure timely client communication. - Coordinate with operations, HR, and Admin teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: - 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or digital campaigns. - Proficiency in lead generation, business development, and client relationship management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Previous experience in account management or client servicing. - Familiarity with tools such as Canva, social media management, and online advertising. - Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience in digital marketing industry is a plus.
