We are hiring a Business Development Executive to manage industrial customer accounts, drive sales opportunities, lead customer interactions, and support post-sale engagement. The role is critical to expanding our industrial product footprint and offers a strong growth path to senior account leadership roles.
- Engage with key and new industrial customers.
- Handle commercial and technical coordination for assigned leads.- Prepare and support techno-commercial proposals.- Lead customer presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts.- Collaborate with technical and inside sales teams to progress leads.- Maintain updated sales funnel and CRM records.- Own customer engagement across onboarding, feedback, solution upselling, and renewals.- Upsell advanced products to existing customers.- Gather new product requirements through customer interactions.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial product sales.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and relationship management skills.- Proven ability to coordinate across teams and functions.- Engineering background required (BE/BTech).- MBA preferred but not mandatory.- Familiarity with CBM, energy management, Industry 4.0, SCADA, or IIoT solutions preferred.
This job involves travel.
