Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in selling IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, PPH, freelancing platforms, etc.)
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services solutions (web/mobile development, software development, digital marketing, etc.)
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Follow up on leads and build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into long-term clients
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with service offerings
Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and report on weekly/monthly sales activities and progress
Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry
Strong understanding of web, mobile, and software development services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal)
Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
Familiarity with proposal writing tools and platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
