Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in selling IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, PPH, freelancing platforms, etc.)
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services solutions (web/mobile development, software development, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Follow up on leads and build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into long-term clients
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with service offerings
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and report on weekly/monthly sales activities and progress
  • Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry
  • Strong understanding of web, mobile, and software development services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
  • Familiarity with proposal writing tools and platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
