Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional who excels at converting qualified leads into meaningful meetings. This role requires someone who understands global markets and can identify the right points of contact, initiate conversations strategically, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

The candidate will also coordinate with the lead generation team, monitor their performance, and help refine outreach approaches to improve conversion.


Key Responsibilities


  • Engage with qualified leads and convert them into scheduled meetings for the sales/design team.
  • Work closely with the lead generation team, guide their outreach approach, and ensure performance KPIs are met.
  • Identify and validate the right decision-makers within prospect organizations.
  • Research accounts to gather intelligence, assess needs, and tailor messaging.
  • Draft compelling, context-driven outreach communications for global audiences.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect and activity details.
  • Track conversion metrics and share weekly performance insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of prospects.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the exhibition industry and our service offerings.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B Business Development or Inside Sales.
  • Experience communicating with global audiences and navigating diverse cultural nuances.
  • Strong ability to uncover decision-makers and identify opportunities within large organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating or managing a lead generation/BD support team.
  • Goal-oriented approach with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience in exhibitions, events, or marketing services is a plus.
