About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about sales, networking, and real estate/business services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Outreach:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Generate leads via cold calling, emails, and networking.
• Attend industry events and meetings to expand your network.

2. Client Engagement:

• Reach out to prospects and pitch the company’s offerings.
• Schedule appointments, product demos, and follow-ups.
• Address customer queries and maintain engagement.

3. Sales Execution:

• Present service offerings in a clear and convincing manner.
• Assist in closing sales deals with negotiation and follow-through.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

4. Reporting & CRM:

• Maintain daily activity logs, update CRM records, and generate weekly progress reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for aligned messaging and campaigns.

5. Strategy & Coordination:

• Work closely with senior executives to contribute ideas to sales strategies.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product-market fit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and eager to learn
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Must be based in Bangalore and open to working from the HSR office
