Job Summary:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in 

  IT services (app development, web development, custom software solutions, etc.)

  .
• Generate leads through 

  cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital channels

  .
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver 

  sales pitches, proposals, and presentations

  .
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handovers.
• Stay updated on 

  industry trends, competitor analysis, and market demands

  .
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT sector

   (app/software/web development services).
• Strong understanding of 

  IT services, digital transformation, and technology trends

  .
• Excellent 

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  .
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a 

  remote setup

  .
• Experience with 

  CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

   is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

   (preferred).
