Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital channels . Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions. Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations . Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handovers. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market demands . Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements: 2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT sector (app/software/web development services). Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and technology trends . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup . Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
