About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing robotics & animation team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of global markets, and a proven track record in business-to-business sales. You will be responsible for expanding our business client base, promoting our robotics & animation services, and building long-term relationships with media, entertainment, advertising, educational Institutions and corporate clients worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets for animation services & develop and execute sales strategies to promote robotics products and solutions in educational institutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and production houses globally.
  • Present and pitch animation concepts and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Attending international trade shows, expos, and networking events to promote the brand.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in media, animation, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of animation production pipelines and creative processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple international accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
