We work closely with EPC contractors, utilities, and industrial clients, offering innovative products and services that drive efficiency and sustainability in the energy sector.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to represent Sinewaves Solutions’ products and services to EPC contractors, primarily in the renewable energy segment (solar focus).

The role involves extensive field engagement and relationship-building across Tamil Nadu.

This year’s objective is brand building, networking, and market visibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit EPC contractors, renewable energy developers, and industrial clients across Tamil Nadu.
  • Present company products, technical capabilities, and service solutions effectively.
  • Build strong professional networks with stakeholders in the solar and renewable energy domain.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and assist in lead qualification and proposal support.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and management teams for customer engagement.
  • Submit periodic visit reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Diploma / B.E. (Electrical, Electronics, Energy, or related streams preferred)
  • Experience: Up to 5 years in Sales / Business Development / Marketing in the energy or renewable energy sector (preferably solar).
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Must be open to frequent travel throughout Tamil Nadu.

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: ₹4–5 LPA (based on experience)
  • Sales Incentives: Attractive incentive structure over and above fixed pay
  • Travel Allowance (TA/DA): As per company policy
  • Insurance Coverage: Provided for the employee
  • Probation: 3 months, followed by confirmation to permanent role
  • Reporting To: Managing Director

Work Location

  • Base Office: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
  • Travel: Statewide (Tamil Nadu)
