Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead Generation & Telecalling

  • Call prospective clients to introduce AI solutions and generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Maintain accurate call records, notes, and lead status in CRM.

🔹 Business Development

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities across industries.
  • Present company offerings, schedule demos, and support in proposal creation.
  • Work with the technical and marketing teams to tailor pitches for client needs.

🔹 Sales & Relationship Management

  • Conduct virtual or in-person demos, explain solution benefits, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:

    12–3 years in

    Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development

    , preferably in

    AI / SaaS / IT services

    .
  • Communication:

    Excellent spoken and written English and fluency in Hindi.
  • Mindset:

    Confident, persuasive, target-driven, and comfortable with cold calling.
  • Tech Savvy:

    Basic understanding of AI, automation, or digital transformation concepts.
  • Tools:

    Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead databases (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in B2B technology or startup environments.
  • Knowledge of AI use cases (chatbots, predictive analytics, process automation).
  • Ability to handle multiple client conversations simultaneously.
