Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive focusing on the US B2B market, your role involves spearheading growth and engaging with C-Suite executives to generate and close new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities through outbound B2B sales. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with C-Suite decision-makers in the US market. - Conducting cold calling, prospecting, and follow-ups to manage the complete sales cycle. - Understanding client requirements and providing customized business solutions. - Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations for meetings, trade shows, and industry events. - Maintaining accurate sales pipeline data using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Excel. - Consistently achieving sales quotas, call targets, and revenue goals. - Collaborating with leadership on sales strategies, planning, and forecasting. To excel in this role, you should have: - An undergraduate degree. - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in US outbound B2B sales at the C-Suite level. - Excellent communication skills in English with an American or neutral accent. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is preferred. - Self-motivation, result orientation, and comfort working in night shifts or US time zones. This position is based in BKC, Mumbai, with workdays from Monday to Friday during the graveyard shift (7:45 PM to 5:15 AM).,
