Job Description

Business Development Executive – B2B Sales (US Market)

Location:

BKC, Mumbai

Workdays & Shift:

Monday to Friday | 7:45 PM – 5:15 AM (Graveyard Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful

Business Development Executive

to spearhead growth in the

US B2B market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, proven success in engaging

C-Suite executives,

and the ability to generate and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outbound B2B sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-Suite decision-makers across the US market.
Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and follow-ups to manage the complete sales cycle.
Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations for meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline data using CRM tools (Salesforce/Excel).
Consistently achieve sales quotas, call targets, and revenue goals.
Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, planning, and forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills

Undergraduate degree acceptable.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in US outbound B2B sales (C-Suite level only).
Excellent communication skills in English with an American/neutral accent.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with CRM/Salesforce preferred.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in night/US shifts.
