Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Sales

  • Identify and target schools (K-12, CBSE, ICSE, IB, State boards) for adoption of STEAM products and solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Generate leads through market research, school visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to school decision-makers (principals, management, teachers).
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and managing post-sales relationships.


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school stakeholders.
  • Understand school requirements and recommend customized STEAM solutions.
  • Provide support and training to schools for successful implementation of products.


Collaboration & Reporting

  • Support campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with academic/technical teams to ensure effective product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Report on sales performance and market insights to management.



Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in

    B2B / Institutional Sales

    , preferably in education/EdTech sector.
  • Knowledge of school ecosystem and STEAM/EdTech products will be an advantage.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and school visits.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Education, Science, Engineering, Business, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in EdTech, Publishing, or Education services).
  • Freshers with strong passion for education and sales aptitude may also be considered.
