Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other B2B channels
• Identify and target potential international clients in the IT services domain
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and trends
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
• Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams for project handover and execution

Required Skills

• Proven experience in IT services business development (minimum 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of lead generation, client acquisition, and sales cycle management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging presentations and proposals
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
