Job Summary About ProtonBits – Full Stack Software Product Development Company: ProtonBits Software Pvt Ltd. is a India-headquartered software product development company with a strong business presence in Eastern Europe and around 10 years of experience in designing, building, streamlining, and supporting complex and large-scale software products. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced or Fresher UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and designing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications. As a freelancer, you will work closely with our clients to create visually appealing and user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Team to understand their requirements, project goals, and target audience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites and mobile applications. Apply user-centered design principles to ensure usability, accessibility, and a seamless user experience. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions. Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the design. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for iterative design improvements. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations effectively to clients. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within given timelines. Requirements: Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer Freshers also can Apply Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using the aforementioned tools. Ability to conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into design solutions. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools.
