About the Role

  • We are looking for energetic and communication-savvy freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDEs).
  • This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in SaaS sales, work with a global tech product, and gain hands-on exposure to the entire sales cycle.
  • You will reach out to potential customers, generate leads, and support our sales team in scheduling product demos for RecurPost , our fast-growing social media management platform.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Reach out to potential customers through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and phone calls.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects in the Indian market.
  • Schedule and book product demos for the Sales/Support team.
  • Act as the first point of contact in the SaaS product sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Draft professional and compelling emails, follow-ups, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Maintain lead tracking and communication logs.
  • Learn and grow within a fast-paced tech environment.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong email drafting and LinkedIn messaging skills.
  • Comfortable doing outbound outreach for 8 hours/day (9:00 AM 5:30 PM IST).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive work approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outreach.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
  • Knowledge of Hindi/Regional languages is a plus.

Qualification

  • Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BCA, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
