Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new advertisers & publishers in PPC/CPL models.
• Negotiate and close CPL/PPC deals across multiple verticals.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding partnerships with networks, agencies, and direct brands.
• Monitor lead quality, compliance, and campaign ROI.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of 

  Business Development experience

   in performance marketing.
• Strong network with affiliate networks, agencies, and direct advertisers.
• Knowledge of lead-gen tracking platforms is preferable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent English Speaking skills.
