Partnerships & Alliances Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new affiliate programs, direct advertisers, and SaaS/retail brands across key verticals (e.g., tech, fashion, travel, wellness).
• Manage relationships with affiliate networks like Impact, Awin, CJ, Partnerize, etc.
• Collaborate with internal content and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate campaigns.
• Track performance of partnerships and optimize for conversions, EPC, and ROI.
• Negotiate exclusive coupon codes, commission structures, and promotional placements.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify gaps to improve deal coverage.
• Stay updated with trends in affiliate marketing and performance-based partnerships.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or digital alliances (preferably in e-commerce, couponing, or publisher environments).
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Impact, Awin, CJ, or similar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in working on Excel, Google Sheets, and affiliate dashboards.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple partners simultaneously.

Good to Have

• Experience working in a startup or digital publisher environment.
• Existing network of affiliate managers or advertisers across popular niches.
• Exposure to tools like Affluent, Trackier, or PartnerStack.
