Key Responsibilities (KRA):
1. Business Development:
o Identify and target potential B2B clients in industries requiring IT solutions, such as corporate offices, educational institutions, healthcare, and SMEs.
o Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
o Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions (hardware, software, and accessories).
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
o Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
o Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
o Analyze market needs and provide feedback to the management team for product/service enhancements.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
o Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
