Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients across industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Account Management & Client Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress, campaigns, or deliverables.

Market Research & Strategy Development

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Provide insights to the leadership team to refine service offerings and strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align client pitches with industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a creative, media, or technology-driven industry.
  • Strong understanding of

    branding, creative designing, social media, website development and digital marketing concepts

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
