Job Description

Role: Business Development Executive/Sales

Location: Noida Extension, Near Char Murti Chowk

Salary: Up to 25000 with a huge Incentive Plan

Exp: minimum 6 months



Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Respond to queries about pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Maintain and update customer records and call logs in the database.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage customer objections professionally and offer effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support and enhance lead conversions.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Requirements: Prior experience in telesales, BPO, customer service, or outbound calling is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism on calls.
