You will be joining Online Promotion House, a results-driven digital marketing agency that specializes in brand marketing with guaranteed growth. Your primary responsibility as an HR Cum Admin & Coordinator will be to manage day-to-day HR activities, implement HR policies, oversee HR management, and conduct training sessions. In addition to this, you will handle administrative duties, ensure effective communication within the team, and maintain proper documentation and record-keeping. To excel in this role, you must possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR policies, and HR management. Effective communication and training skills are essential, along with strong organizational and administrative abilities. You should be capable of handling vendor tie-ups and updates, showcasing excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.,
