As a Business Development Executive in the Medical and Mobility team, you will play a crucial role in introducing cutting-edge robotic physiotherapy equipment to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and Prioritizing Target Markets: Conducting research and analysis to pinpoint the best opportunities for business development by understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends. - Generating Leads: Proactively engaging in outreach activities such as networking events, cold calling, and seeking referrals to build a robust sales pipeline. - Building Relationships: Developing strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients by understanding their specific needs, challenges, and goals. - Conducting Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Showcasing the value of robotic physiotherapy solutions through product demonstrations, tailored proposals, and persuasive sales pitches. - Developing Customized Solutions & Proposals: Creating proposals that directly address client requirements in collaboration with internal teams. - Negotiating & Closing Deals: Leading negotiations to ensure profitable and beneficial deals for both parties. - Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of solutions. - Tracking Sales & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and providing regular updates on progress. - Industry Knowledge & Competitive Intelligence: Staying updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Networking & Lead Generation: Expanding professional network and generating leads through industry events, conferences, and networking functions. - Continuous Improvement: Looking for ways to enhance sales strategies, processes, and product offerings for better results.
