We are currently looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join our team in India who can thrive in a night shift role and is eager to grow their career. Role Responsibilities Engaging potential clients through outbound calls and emails. Assisting in developing and implementing business development strategies. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall targets. Presenting Mindtel's products and services to prospective clients. Tracking sales leads and reporting on conversion outcomes. Fostering a positive client experience to encourage repeat business. Participating in networking events and trade shows. Creating and maintaining a database of potential clients. Analyzing market trends to inform strategy. Preparing sales presentations and proposals for clients. Providing support to clients by addressing their inquiries and challenges. Working with marketing to create promotional materials. Continuously improving personal sales techniques and strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM software is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Aptitude for technology and understanding of tech solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working night shifts. Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
