Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Business Development Executives to join our team, specializing in our Energy Monitoring System product and Energy Audit services. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an engineering background and an MBA who are passionate about driving sales, have great communication skills, and are eager to contribute to a fast-growing sector. You will receive comprehensive training to become an expert in energy monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development efforts for the Energy Monitoring System and Energy Audit services across assigned regions.
• Identify new business opportunities and work on lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and product presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Consistently work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular feedback and reporting on sales activities and business performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Engineering degree (B.com/B.E/B.Tech/MBA) with an MBA in Marketing or related field.
• 1 to 2 Year Experience
• Languages: Fluency in the native language of the assigned region, English, and Hindi.
• Sales Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a knack for selling. Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related role is a plus, but freshers with a strong drive to succeed are also welcome.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across cities as required for business development activities.
