Business Development Executive Intern / Fresher

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat sales and referrals.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings' value proposition.

• Collaborate to develop targeted sales strategies.

• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets by consistently meeting customer needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation products/solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), or related field; MBA preferred.

• Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies such as PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic), HMI software (e.g., Wonderware Intouch), SCADA systems etc. .

• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
