We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong expertise in US International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and client acquisition in international markets (primarily US). This role involves direct interaction with US-based clients/customers over calls, building business relationships, and driving sales growth for the organization.
• Handle outbound calls to US prospects and clients to generate business opportunities.
• Present company services/products effectively over voice calls and convert leads sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers.
• Work on lead generation, appointment setting, and prospect nurturing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
• Maintain call logs, update CRM, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with the internal sales/recruitment/marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with US market trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements.
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing or Business preferred).
• 3–7 years of proven experience in US International Voice Process / Business Development / Inside Sales.
• Excellent spoken English communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).
• Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and business communication practices.
• Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
