Business Development Executive

You are a highly motivated IT Sales Executive with 0-3 years of experience in IT sales, seeking to join our dynamic team located at Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth in the IT sector by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your key skills will include driving sales growth in the IT sector, identifying and prospecting clients through networking and research, building long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored IT solutions, staying updated with IT trends, leading the sales process from contact to closing, and working with internal teams to deliver solutions and provide regular sales updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth client handover, assisting with post-sales concerns for high retention, engaging face-to-face or over the phone with customers to understand their business needs, performing cold-calling for new business leads, and delivering presentations and software demonstrations to customers. Meeting sales targets and contributing to team goals will also be essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift from Monday to Friday in the morning at the Pitampura, Delhi location. You should be comfortable with the requirement of a service agreement of 18 to 24 months (depending on the organization) and signing an agreement for the same. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 1 year of experience in B2B sales and IT sales. Proficiency in English is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 25% is also desired. Your work location will be in person.
