Business Development executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new clients, source leads, and build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement business growth strategies, conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitors to find opportunities.
• Sales & Negotiation: Deliver presentations, craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet revenue goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align strategies and develop effective solutions.
• Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of company products/services, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and report on KPIs to senior management.
• Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
