We are looking for a talented and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and build long-term business relationships. Job Description:As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, presenting service solutions to potential clients, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through online research, cold calling, and networking. Promote and sell IT & digital marketing services (Website, SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.). Understand client needs and prepare tailored proposals and quotations. Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams for project coordination. Meet monthly sales targets and maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team. Requirements:1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Digital Marketing / IT Sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of IT or marketing services. Ability to work independently with result-driven focus. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bharatpur. Education:Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
