Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and ambitious Business Development Executive who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, has excellent interpersonal skills, and can turn conversations into opportunities.Youll be the face of Medecro.ai for our potential clientspitching, persuading, and partnering with healthcare professionals to bring our innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
  • Pitch Medecro.ais solutions confidently in calls, personal meetings, and presentations
  • Conduct regular client visits to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare offices to build strong relationships
  • Represent the company at demos, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Develop customized proposals, pitch decks, and structured follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align business goals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales or business development (cold calling experience is essential)
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities with a professional phone manner
  • High confidence in engaging CXOs, doctors, and senior Government officials.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
