Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with financial institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. Understand client requirements and provide suitable loan solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction. Conduct presentations and meetings to promote PaisaOnClick’s services. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Maintain accurate records of business activities and sales performance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or financial services (freshers with a passion for sales are welcome). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of loan products, banking, and NBFC operations is an advantage. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
