Join our dynamic Business Development team at Masuu Global Solutions! We're seeking sharp, result-oriented professionals to drive client acquisition, develop growth strategies, and build strong customer relationships across global markets.
K𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities
Research and target potential clients through strategic market analysis
Develop and execute business growth strategies and plans
Manage and retain long-term relationships with existing clients
Increase the company’s client base and revenue pipeline
Maintain strong knowledge of business products, services, and value proposition
Prepare persuasive business proposals and presentations
Negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
Explore new income streams and strategic partnerships
Monitor and analyze local and global industry trends
Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements
Report regularly on performance, opportunities, and improvement areas
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal – English)
Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with business development strategies and client acquisition
Ability to handle multiple projects with effective time management
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experience working with Western clients (preferred)
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident in engaging with CXO-level clients
