Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive/Manager who will be responsible for marketing-generated leads into sales and managing channel partner relationships within an assigned territory. This dual role involves both inside sales follow-ups and on-ground relationship management with architects, interior designers, and dealers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, exhibitions, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners including dealers and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and on board new dealers to expand the company’s reach.
Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations, demos, and site visits as required.
Work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to promote brand awareness.
Ensure effective follow-up and closure of leads within specified timelines.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends; share feedback with internal teams.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities through reporting tools/CRM.
Participate in trade fairs, promotional campaigns, and training session.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/B. Com).
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in home décor, building materials, or consumer durables.
Prior experience handling inbound marketing leads and channel sales is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable with both fieldwork and virtual client engagement.
Proficiency in CRM and basic Excel/reporting tools.
Self-motivated and result-oriented; willing to travel locally as required.
