Your Mission as a Business Development Executive / Manager:
Engage. Build. Grow.
You ll be the face of archVi to real estate giants, driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and positioning our services as essential solutions. Your ability to communicate in the local language will help strengthen trust with key stakeholders across Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business by identifying and reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, networking, social media, and field visits.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and emerging opportunities.
Deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to client requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events on behalf of the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and client feedback for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (real estate or ad sales preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil etc
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google workspace and familiarity with CRM tools
Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven with a passion for relationship building and closing deals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
