Please find the detailed job description below: Job Role: Sales Executive Location: HSR, Bangalore Experience: 0-2 Years Joining: Immediate Salary: 25,000 fixed + Performance-Based Incentives Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities: Research and approach potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking to expand the company's customer base. Build and maintain relationships with clients: Engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and maintain long-term, positive relationships to encourage repeat business. Achieve sales targets and objectives: Meet or exceed the set sales targets through effective selling, closing deals, and providing excellent service to customers. Desired Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate deals, and build rapport with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Adaptable, organized, and efficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Passion for sales and customer interaction: Enthusiastic about engaging with clients and offering solutions to their needs. Willingness to learn and grow in the sales field: Desire to learn and improve in the sales profession, including understanding products and services.
