About the Role
We are looking for energetic and responsible freshers to join our Field Sales & Driver Onboarding team. This role focuses on onboarding drivers, managing their activity on the app, ensuring they stay engaged, and addressing their on-ground concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-ground field visits to onboard auto and cab drivers onto the platform.
Explain app features, pricing, and benefits clearly to drivers.
Monitor daily driver activity and ensure they remain active/live on the app.
Provide continuous support to drivers and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain daily reports on onboarding numbers, driver activity, and engagement.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with drivers and local stakeholders.
Meet weekly/monthly onboarding and activation targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in the field and interact with diverse groups of drivers.
Basic smartphone and application usage knowledge.
Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Eligibility
Any graduate (freshers welcome).
Comfortable with daily field travel within the assigned city.
Should own a smartphone.
