Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Pursuing) in Business Administration or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential leads through online
• platforms (LinkedIn, email, web) 
• Reach out to prospects via email, calls, or social media 
• Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team 
• Maintain and update lead records in CRM 
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies 

Requirements:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills 
• Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales or digital marketing is a plus 
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools 
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
