We're looking for a smart, ambitious, and proactive Business Development Executive who thrives on LinkedIn lead generation. You’ll be the face of SISGAIN in the early stages of client engagement—identifying opportunities, sparking conversations, and setting the stage for successful partnerships with international clients.
🔍 What You'll Do
• 🎯 Use LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, etc.) to research, connect with, and generate high-quality B2B.
• 💬 Start meaningful conversations with decision-makers through personalized outreach and follow-ups.
• 📅 Set up discovery meetings and calls for our senior sales and technical teams.
• 📈 Build and manage a robust lead pipeline and track performance.
• 🤝 Collaborate closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to align messaging and optimize outreach campaigns.
• 🧠 Stay on top of LinkedIn trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance outreach strategy.
✅ What You Bring
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn-based B2B lead
Proven skills using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Exceptional communication—clear, concise, and engaging.
• Driven, organized, and able to juggle multiple outreach campaigns with ease.
• A keen understanding of how to build relationships, not just collect contacts.
