Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to expand our SOLIDWORKS customer base. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales of SOLIDWORKS solutions to manufacturing and engineering companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients in target industries and regions to promote SOLIDWORKS solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive recurring business.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate SOLIDWORKS solutions.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for software demonstrations and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
• Maintain and update sales activity in CRM and report progress to management.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of technical/engineering concepts.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in CAD software sales (especially SOLIDWORKS) is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing or engineering design industry.
