Position: Online Bidder
Work Mode: [Onsite]Experience Required: 1–3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
Key Responsibilities
Platform Selection: Identify and manage online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, etc., for project opportunities.
Job Search & Bidding: Proactively search and bid for relevant projects aligned with company expertise.Proposal Writing: Draft persuasive proposals including project approach, timelines, cost estimates, and portfolio references.Client Communication: Interact with international clients to understand requirements, clarify doubts, and negotiate project terms.Pricing & Strategy: Prepare competitive pricing strategies while ensuring profitability.Profile Management: Keep company profiles updated with services, portfolio, achievements, and reviews.Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and client preferences to improve bidding success.Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and sales team to create winning proposals.Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, Design & Development).Knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, Fiverr).Ability to write clear, customized, and engaging proposals.Good negotiation and analytical skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Administration or related field.Prior experience in IT business development or online bidding.Familiarity with digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
