• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of business accounts.
• Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients through networking, research, and direct outreach.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and build new relationships.
• Client Centricity: understand internal/external clients (e.g. committees, working groups, country representatives, etc.,) needs and concerns in the short too long- term and to provide sound recommendations and/or solutions.
• Diplomatic Sensitivity: understanding other people. It includes the ability to hear accurately and understand unspoken, partly expressed thoughts, feelings and concerns of others. Included in this competency is an emphasis on cross-cultural sensitivity
