Business Development Executive (IT Services)

VOCSO is a digital solutions company helping businesses grow with custom development, dedicated tech talent, and AI-powered tools. We work with clients across the US, India, and the Middle East, delivering scalable products and remote development teams.

Now, we're expanding our sales team to grow two key verticals:

• Dedicated Resource Outsourcing
• Enterprise AI Chatbots

Key Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound leads and outbound prospecting
• Understand VOCSO’s services deeply (you’ll be trained)
• Identify, connect with, and qualify potential B2B clients
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points
• Schedule product demos or connect with tech/senior team
• Keep CRM and lead pipeline up to date
• Follow up rigorously and maintain high activity levels
• Coordinate with tech & marketing teams to close deals
• Hit monthly meeting/demos targets to unlock incentives

Who Can Apply?

• MBA/BBA/BA with 1–4 years of sales/lead-gen experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong interest in modern technologies (AI, SaaS, Web, Software)
• Self-starter attitude with strong research and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound roles
• Experience with LinkedIn, cold emailing, or CRMs

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
